LadderUp Housing is an affordable-housing company. We operate rental housing and run resident programs, including the CLIMB coaching platform. Our internal back-office tools — including those that connect to QuickBooks Online — are used only by LadderUp Housing staff and have no third-party or public users.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use them in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or our services — including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and videos — belongs to LadderUp Housing or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our software connects to third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), Buildium (property management), and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
